Suggested use: Children and adolescents 3–18 years: chew 1 tablet daily with food, a few hours before or after medications or other natural health products, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For adolescents 14–18 years with iron deficiency, the label allows 2 tablets daily under appropriate guidance.
